Flying From The Birthplace Of Australian Military Aviation

In an effort to provide ongoing informative and interesting events for members we can advise that we have the POSSIBILTY of having the Ericson Skycrane Helicopter (Elvis) AND a Police Chopper visit us at the Flying Club for an up close and personal inspection of these machines. If we are successful, this would probably be associated with a Club BBQ on a nominated evening. Function would probably be early in the New Year. If it turned out that the machines could not visit Point Cook, we may still be able to get up close etc. but over at Essendon.

Before we work too hard on this project, we’d like to get an idea of how many members would be interested in this, so could you eMail back by return with an indication that you’d be interested in attending at either location or only one should that be the case. This is not a formal booking but an expression of interest at this early stage.
