FRIDAY NIGHT GET-TOGETHER ROSTER

To ease the workload of the regular Friday night get-togethers, we have decided to put in place a “host” roster for the weekly drinks and nibbles. If you cannot be the host at your nominated week, please make sure you swap with someone so the work does not fall to the same people each week.

Duties:

• Buy cheese and biscuits, cut them up on to serving dishes to place on the bar
• Get the fire going if applicable
• Ensure we have milk and switch the urn on
• open the bar around 5pm
• serve behind the bar
• Ensure bar and kitchen area tidy and dishes done.
• Turn off: Lights, Urn, Fire / Air conditioner etc.
• Close up and lock the club
